Martín Bourel (Jr.) has been a Partner of BPL since 2002. Before joining BPL, Martín was an Associate at the Buenos Aires office of Baker & McKenzie (1994-1998) and a Senior counsel at Techint, a multinational engineering, construction and infrastructure group (1998-2002).

Martín advises corporate clients in a wide spectrum of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance across a range of industries with a focus on agribusiness companies, telecoms and services.
