Marcelo has been a partner at BPL since 2012. Before joining the firm, Marcelo was a partner at Baker & McKenzie’s Buenos Aires office (1994–2010). He also served as an associate at Baker & McKenzie’s London office (2002–2004).

His main practice areas are corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, and compliance.
