Martín Bourel (Jr.) has been a partner at BPL since 2002. Before joining the firm, Martín was an associate at Baker & McKenzie’s Buenos Aires office (1994–1998) and Senior Counsel at Techint, a multinational engineering, construction, and infrastructure company (1998–2002).

Martín advises clients on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance, across various industries, with a focus on agribusiness, telecommunications, and services.
