Juan Novillo Astrada has been a partner at BPL since 2016 and previously worked as an associate at BPL from 2005 to 2011.

Before rejoining BPL, Juan was an associate at Garrido Abogados (2011–2015).

Juan’s main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate law, agribusiness, and forestry. He has structured and provided legal advice on regional transactions in Latin America for local and international clients.
