Paula Pereyra Iraola

Paula Pereyra Iraola joined BPL in December 2006 and remained with the firm until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, she worked as a senior lawyer in the Corporate Department at Zang Bergel & Viñes. She rejoined BPL in November 2021.

Paula advises clients on matters involving local and foreign companies, including registration procedures with Commercial Registries, due diligence processes, share purchase and sale transactions, and shareholders’ meetings overseen by the Commercial Registry.
