Today, April 16, 2021, the Federal Tax Authority (AFIP) extended, until May 31, 2021, the deadline to register real estate lease agreements entered into between July 1, 2020 and Mayo 15, 2021 that are still in force.
Agreements entered into after May 15, 2021 must be registered in AFIP’s website within 15 calendar days following their execution date. Likewise, AFIP also extended, until July 15, 2021, the deadline to register lease agreements of fixed or mobile spaces or areas within a property.
