Juan Novillo Astrada has been a Partner of BPL since 2016, and previously he has been an Associate of BPL between 2005 and 2011. Before rejoining BPL, Juan was an Associate of Estudio Garrido Abogados (2011-2015).

Juan has experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate law, agribusiness and forestry, and has structured and provided legal advice to local and foreign clients in their regional transactions in Latin America.
